J&T Express is just horrendous. All the company cares about is that the parcel is marked as 'Delivered', even if there's no proper proof of delivery. If the parcel never arrived, they expect you to keep contacting them (which is only frustrating). Their customer service is also terrible, they don't really care about solving your problems. Overall, I had a very bad experience with J&T Express.
