The elevators at West Mall Bukit Batok use to be some nice 90's Mitsubishi Elevator that is working perfectly fine and fast,til you guys (9G elevator) Modernized the Mitsubishi and turned it SLOW.

The elevator service provided by 9G Elevator is terrible. They slowed the lift down and now it takes forever to reach my desired floor.
I cannot believe how slow the elevators have become after the modernization. It felt like I was going through a tunnel. Disappointing.
