Came for a late breakfast and had the pig liver noodles from 来吃面 — was unexpectedly very good!! They are very generous with the serving of liver, we did top up a dollar for extra since we were sharing. Dad had the bak kut teh, which was also not bad (soup is on the peppery side).
Mixed vegetable rice used to be reasonably priced. ~$3-3.50 for 1 meat/2veg. Recently spiked in price, 1 egg, 1 tau Kee, 1 toufu with minced meat, $5. Ridiculous, more expensive than food courts. I could literally take a bus down to another coffee shop around Bt Timah, eat mixed rice and come back and cost me less
