called to check if they had 2 specific duffle bag models, lady (forgot to ask for name) picked up and informed me they did not have it in stock, she then went further by helping me check the stock in other outlets (saved me a bunch of time) very helpful staff thank you

Did not manage to get the name of the Chinese lady not wearing specs and Malay guy at the counter today. They were very helpful and alert to get me the correct size for my dad. One shoe was not in the box if I went home without it would have been a huge inconvenience. Good thing it was found and I managed to collect it.
