The scooter stopped working after less than 300 km of use. After multiple attempts to contact the company I am about to give up. I've read hundreds of people with the same story as mine. Stay away until this company can start treating its current customers with respect and offer support to a clearly faulty product.
I have the same problem. I only bought the scooter for less than 6 months, it can not be charged anymore. Tried many times to call them, could not get through. Check more before you buy this scooter.
