Vinz is a highly experienced and passionate Muay Thai and fitness instructor. There is much to learn in every class that he conducts, and he places good emphasis on techniques and how they can be applied in real life. He is also incredibly patient, and is always willing to share his knowledge with us :)

Been learning under Zesty kickz, improved my pad holding skills as well as mobility as well as learning a new art of thai sword fighting. A keen and passionate trainer who will bring the best out of you. He will explain the most complex things to you in a simple and understandable manner. Highly recommended!
