Called at 3.50pm on a Thurday and was told it was after business hours already so I will be charged a high fee for delivery. Asked for price of dry ice and delivery fee but unable to provide as she was unsure and had to call me back as apparently this information was not available on their customer service line.

They have 24hours self-collection counter which help me to solve my problem on my freeze breakdown. Lucky I am able to collect the dry ice even at midnight so that my food not turn bad. I am very impressed their idea in trusted people on self help counter just simple steps take, pay and go. ????
