Seeing little kids and men seated in this manner throughout the store. Come on Zara! You can do better than this. Seats are not too hard to place in the store. Esp with the wide pockets of space within your stores.

Very good customer service, they still try to be helpful even though they were busy. Cashier at counter who seems to be the senior staff is very thoughtful and kind as well, went out of her way to help me.

I love shopping at Zara. The clothes are high quality and stylish. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
