I was to collect a package and the instructions stated stated on my collection form stated that operating hours 9am to 5pm. But their notice at the security guard stated close from 12.30 to 13.30 for lunch. Nobody bothered to entertain and …

No clear instructions where to go. I tried to take the lift to lvl 3 but will need access card. Nobody help or advise. A total waste of time and I was in a hurry.
