I had a great experience at Yoke Office Equipment Wholesaler. The shop owners were very friendly and kind. I visited to buy an armrest part for my IKEA chair and they helped me find the perfect fit. The only downside was that I had to drill a hole on each side to install it, but overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend.

I bought several chairs from them in mid 2021 and even though they were out of warranty, they still helped me with an issue I had with one of the chair backrests. They were very accommodating and fixed the chair so it now supports my back well. I highly recommend their service.
