On Tuesday 25 July 2023, I went to see the doctor feeling unwell with a sore throat, fever, cough, and running nose. I told the doctor that this is unusual. I waited 1 hour even though I was patient number 3 on that day. The doctor saw me in less than 5 minutes and gave me medication and an MC.
I had a horrible experience with this clinic's nurses. They claimed payment was not received and told me to add a credit card to the MHC app to make payment, promising to issue me a receipt upon payment. After payment was made, the nurse (Leila) did not issue me a receipt and was rude when I asked for one.
The clinic receptionist has bad customer service. I can't imagine how the doctor would fare.
