I was very happy with the front desk staff when I called for my first time to enquire on their company's medical equipment and products. She explained clearly to me about the delivery fees, the amount of fees I have to pay in order to get a free delivery. Good customer service

Not really happy with their services from a medical clinic point of view. 1) NO handover to client when the sales rep in charge is on leave (eg: xxx is on leave, another does not know why/any new arrangement ) 2) Nearly NO staff covering when sales in charge is on leave (ie: Prob best to commend to 2 person to cover each other leave). 3) NO trace of PO or inventory confused (PO from 2007 now (was found) and can SKIPPED sometimes in creating vendor bill), huge system not updated catalog which caused unnecessary issue (Expired PO, PO not found) 4) OLD purchase prices were not found, causing price discrepancy which we need to noticed the company etc 5) (They) did not clarify the PO for 'upgradation' to list (which we have cancelled previously) 6) Wandering PO in the system (causing confusion in billing) 7) 1 year payment to purchase a product goes 'missing', rescanning needs to be made 2 times to clarify. 8) Unable to allocate specific delivery address~!! 9) (They) Bought projector with (their colleague's sales) process (where Transport dept should process) and they negated some courier charges that should be coming our way. 10) (They) did not correct delivery error (front desk's mistake) and insist they did nothing wrong. However (they are) good in billing.~ High price; Low service to customer.
