I set out to the J8 outlet today at about 12:30 PM on Wed 14 Jul 2021 with the intention to purchase the Black Cherry candle jar, on seeing that the scent was stocked in the store. I asked about the prices and felt that the saleslady was not very approachable or friendly. She seemed annoyed when I asked about the prices and gave short, curt replies. This put me off a little but I still decided to purchase the candle as I really wanted to try out the scent. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with my purchase. Overall, I think the store could improve on their customer service and make the shopping experience more pleasant for customers.

I will never buy anything from here anymore.
