This company is a disaster. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional. The air conditioning system they supplied was faulty from day one and they refused to take responsibility for it. Avoid at all costs!
I had a terrible experience with Xun Jie Engineering. They installed an air conditioning system in my home and it was a complete disaster. The system broke down multiple times within the first few months and their customer service was nonexistent. I ended up having to hire another company to fix their mistakes. Avoid this company at all costs!
I would give zero stars if I could. Xun Jie Engineering is the worst air conditioning system supplier I have ever encountered. Their products are poor quality and their service is even worse. They do not stand by their products and are unresponsive to customer complaints. Save yourself the headache and go with a different supplier.
