Chance upon this stall at West Coast Market selling fried oyster and Oyster Omelette. They only start operating at 2pm based on Google Map. I was in the vicinity and decided to drop by to try. Even though when i reached the stall, there was still the hawker opening time paper cutting on their display. The uncle was in full swing preparing his wok for frying. Judging from the smell and the amount of oysters used, i was anticipating the oyster omelette to be tasty. Unfortunately, it was tasteless. All this uncle knew was to fry the pre-doughed starch, eggs and lackluster oysters together. I wasnt impressed at all. The omelette was so gooey that i could not taste the oysteriness. I highly doubt that the most, if not all, customers coming to this stall all order fried oyster omelette (aka oh luak) only to eat omelette. The noodle stall is just beside it. There is a great noodle selection: Fish soup me, mee sua, laksa, soup kambing and fish bee hoon. I strongly recommend their mee sua. It is 10/10 restaurant quality. This is how the mee sua should taste like. The noodle is smooth, the broth is sweet from the added clams and dried conpoy, fragrance from the ginger and wolfberries. I had $3 oyster omelette and a plate of $5 mee sua. All what i could feel is i was served dessert ( in the form of omelette) after finishing my meal.

A decent plate of fried oysters from a stall that specialises in this dish. The eggs part of the dish is fried precisely to a crispy texture. Even for the smallest $3 plate, you get at least 3 juicy oysters. Overall, if I am craving for some fried oyster, I will be back here.
Great oyster omelette served here. The oysters are plump and juicy with a nice crispy omelette. The portion size is quite generous and the price is reasonable. Definitely satisfied my craving for oyster omelette.
The fried oyster omelette here is similar to the ones I had in Taiwan. The oysters are fresh and the omelette has a nice balance of crispiness and chewiness. It's a bit on the greasy side, but that's expected for this type of dish. Overall, I enjoyed it and would recommend it to others.
I was disappointed with the oyster omelette here. The oysters were small and the omelette was too greasy for my liking. The price was also quite expensive for the portion size. I wouldn't come back here again.
The fried oysters here are delicious. They are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The omelette is also well-cooked and has a nice texture. The portion size is decent for the price. I would recommend trying it if you're in the area.
I tried the fried oyster omelette here and it was average. The oysters were a bit small and the omelette was a bit too oily for my liking. The taste was okay, but nothing special. I probably wouldn't come back here again.
The fried oyster omelette here is really tasty. The oysters are big and juicy, and the omelette is crispy and flavorful. The portion size is also quite generous. It's definitely worth a try if you're a fan of oyster omelette.
The oyster omelette here is not bad. The oysters are fresh and the omelette is cooked well. It's a bit on the greasy side, but it's still tasty. The portion size is decent for the price. I would come back here again.
I was really disappointed with the oyster omelette here. The oysters were small and overcooked, and the omelette was too greasy. The taste was also bland and lacked flavor. I wouldn't recommend it.
I love the fried oyster omelette here. The oysters are big and plump, and the omelette is crispy and flavorful. The portion size is also quite generous. It's definitely one of the best places to get oyster omelette in town.
