Terrible customer service. The female staff didn't bother to attend customers at all, and was looking at PC while addressing queries. In addition, she gave bochap and impatient replies to queries. Can't believe WTS CCK outlet has reduced to such state over the years.

Great experience with WTS Travel. Booked a tour to Japan and everything went smoothly. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and the accommodation was comfortable. Highly recommend WTS for your travel needs.
Had a terrible experience with WTS. Booked a trip to Bali and the hotel was overbooked when we arrived. The WTS staff were unhelpful and didn't offer any solutions. We had to find our own accommodation at the last minute. Will never book with WTS again.
