On 13 May my hubby and I went to WTS Causeway to enquire on a trip to Malaysia. It was horribly embarrassing for us to be treated unprofessionally and shouted in front of other customers. Your website boasted friendly service but a young agent named Xiu Ying I strongly believe is guilty of damaging your name. She deserves to be retrained or else you will be losing more potential customers. She left us with no choice but to apologise to other customers who were at the counter at that time.
