Experiences with them so far is good. Try to remember your bus #, sometimes there might be a change of buses after you pass JB custom in Tuas. They have a person in the bus, usually a lady that will accompany the driver till you arrive at the destination. To me that is quite good. Please note that this is my experience.
Useless company. Customer service is also very rude when called a week before for queries. Paid a premium for two pax and got the worst seats. They don't allow you to choose and assigned me the worst possible seat.
If there is a negative star, I would give them the negative stars. Gave them 2 chances and both times, their return bus from KL is late by 2 hours. The 2nd time, they don't even inform me until I call their Singapore office from KL. Very, …
