Bad experience for my birthday trip today.We will Happily coming over here for a Holiday but bad experience start from 1pm.Waiting for check in at 1st world hotel Genting for more then 4.5 Hours and we still waiting to check in.Don’t really solve the issue well.if can I will post zero star instead.
