Called about a noise complaint, people under void deck making excessive noise, throwing stuff, laughing and screaming. Made repeated calls about it over a few days and requested to get a officer down to lower their volume and not once did a officer come down.
very grateful to IO Wong and team for handling my case so quickly, I feel safer walking home again :")
Not sure if they really busy or they just talkative.. saw them talking to each other on non-work related stuff but the queue number is not moving for 20-30min. Just wanna change my address and I have to wait for 2 hours.
