The receptionist, Ester, was professional and warm, and she helped me to arrange the repair work for my Fujitsu air conditioner. Myat came and did the repair fast and perfectly. I would recommend!
one of the customer service girl extremally bad attitude ,impatient ,wont talk clearly and just hang up the phone call, lousy ! pls take action this not my 1st time
worst service ever! Very poor customer service ,two groups of technicians gave me different inspection reports and replaced unnecessary parts,Repair quote $545 does not solve the problem, unprofessional! to bad I can't give 0 star ???? …
