Took away the Banana Almond Brittle to try. The top is like air, taste nothing but only sugar sweet, the bottom is also not good. Overall bad, only “dead” sweet.
Mar 2023: got the Apple and frangipan pie. Was hoping it would be more delicious. But was passable only. Maybe will try another pie and give it another chance.
I ordered 10 pies from Windowsill Pies Bakery and it cost me $63. The Choco mint pie was absolutely yummy. I also tried the apple frangipane rum tart and loved it. The pecan pie was also delicious. However, I took away the Banana Almond Brittle and it was a disappointment. The top was like air and tasted only of sugar. The bottom was not good either. Overall, it was a bad experience as the pie was only overly sweet.
