Very disappointing and a shame to society. Supposed to be social services but the attitude and job ethics is simply terrible. The staff don’t care about anyone at all and just sitting there for their paychecks. Please don’t be hypocrites or just shut down so that other more genuine avenues can be provided.
Very very rude old auntie along with the cleaner auntie sitting at the front counter. was being stared and given bad attitude by both aunties. Was really an unpleasant experience with this family centre. It was supposed to …
Didn’t provide any support and lie to client. Just added on to stress and mentally harass the client. please don’t waste your time going to this centre. If there was an option of not giving any star at all while writing the feedback would have done that, don’t deserve even 1 star
