Very reliable transport service. We had to move a larger group around Singapore for 1 week, and felt very good taken care of by the drivers and the backoffice, who always did their best to accommodate us, including short-notice changes to the schedule.

Took bus from TBS. Supposed to be at 11am from TBS waited more than one hour, came a tourist bus went to different places for pickup passengers and to pick up goods. Never stop at petrol station, never get to buy snacks and food. Very bad …
