Boots side was closed & both sales reps at the counter weren’t even apologetic abt it nor did they offer to say when it’ll be open or where to go. They just said “No”. Long way to go for customer service over here.

The staff are very polite, respectful and polite. I'm looking for sales items but cannot find anything much. Will visit Peninsula Shopping Mall Or Queenstown Shopping Mall
