the main branch people are very nice and kind but the one inside was quite rude. overall the ppl is nice but the exchange rate is extremely low. lower than banks. From USD to SGD is only 1.16 ! How is this possible? even the banm is 1.30
They never check properly, inside receipt amd computer got my middle name. Instead of helping me they ask me to tell my mom, call hotline? Did u even check? I understand SOP but please educate your staff reagardig your customer service. …
Don't transfer with Western Union! In the last 365 days, USD->SGD never fell below 1.32. In last month (including my transfer date), never fell below 1.35. Guess what WU's exchange rate was? 1.15!! That's at least 14% less than smallest in last month. This is crazy on top of their service fee.
