Transfer sent to UK , however the lady at the desk rolled her eyes because I didn't want to sign the form that had a mistake SHE MADE on it! Remember you are paying for a service and If you got too much money you don't have to work there no one is forcing you.

Don't transfer with Western Union! In the last 365 days, USD->SGD never fell below 1.32. In last month (including my transfer date), never fell below 1.35. Guess what WU's exchange rate was? 1.15!! That's at least 14% less than smallest in last month. This is crazy on top of their service fee.

Service in Kerbau Rd branch is impeccable. The 2 gentlemen that work there are great.

I would not recommend transferring with Western Union. Their exchange rate was 14% lower than the market rate. Service fee is also expensive.
