Low quality product, most of the left ear loop is broken when trying to wear it. Should have recalled most of your defect product instead of selling it at promo price to save your reputation. SMH.
Bought this at NTUC unity pharmacy, quality is really poor, half of the masks strings break apart when you try to put them on.
