went for second time brazilian waxing on 24th May, and was attended by Imelda both times ! she was very professional and nice. she constantly asked me if i was okay, and if it was too pain. i would say she is very experienced as the waxing itself was quick and done well ! thank you :-)

I've done Brazilian at Wax Factor Orchard multiple times and have always been greeted warmly by every esthetician there! They are very professional in what they do and are always making sure to ask if I'm comfortable with the temperature of the wax. Will always be a returning customer!
