Went to Seletar Mall Watsons to get 2 packets of pad. Self check out but accidentally scanned 3 packets instead of 2, walked over to the Watsons malay staff wearing head scarf told her politely that i double scanned. She replied me “JUST PRESS CANCEL TRANSACTION AND RE SCAN” I WAS SHOCKED? Is this how staff speak to customer?

Many varieties of products. Am able to get what I wanted, dry eyes drop, fabrics spray.
