The pharmac staff went out with a notice of 15 mins. They are not punctual because they did not come back on time. Bad experience for the second time.

Not a pleasant experience after work when I had to buy a pain relieve cream for my dad. Being a hospital staff, I'm sure to read labels carefully and pay attention to details before consider buying products. So there was two products from Watsons Singapore - NUH (Click & Collect) Health and beauty shop. I checked the first one and it had an ingredient that my dad is allergic to. The second one seemed okay, but upon closer inspection, I noticed that it contained a harmful chemical that could potentially irritate my dad's skin. I ended up not buying anything and had to look elsewhere for a suitable pain relief cream. This experience was disappointing and frustrating.
