The male Manager of this Watsons branch needs to improve on his attitude. I purchased a wrong item and brought it for exchange, he refused to speak to me or answer my questions, and just continued to punch away on his cashier machine while processing the exchange. Extremely rude and unprofessional!

Will recommend use self check out cashier if possible, Staff attitude need to be improve. Instead of explaining the tissue for GWP, Staff He Feng just throw on cashier. The attitude showed was different from the previous customer !!! Will only return to the outlet if I have no choice.
