Please do not trust this shop. Their product not in good quality. When they went over to service twice, problem persisted. they will blame my plumber and all sorts of rubbish reason not to replace it. I will boycott your shop and VERA products.

Their customer service was terrible. I had an issue with a product I purchased from them and they refused to take responsibility. They blamed my plumber and made all sorts of excuses not to replace the defective item. I will never shop at this store again.
