Post sales is terrible. Either slow response to some questions or totally no response at all to critical issues like when I check with her about the toilet bowl flush which was too strong and water is coming out. Some items also too ex. You can find exact same items in shopee for less than half the price.

Sales was great and all went well. Had problems with shower head dripping and holder slants. Contacted them and technician was arranged. The technicians came to replace the shower head. But he claim that the holder is not covered in the warranty. I feel disappointed with the after-sales service.
