Went to see doctor for sore throat pain medicine. Went there walk in around 8pm ask if open, they say yes open, but my mask spoil the receptionist/ nurses ladies at night shift is so nice and helpful and polite to provide me a mask when i needed one so i can visit the clinic. Thanks for the great service.

worst experience ever. don’t come here (canberra plaza outlet), front desk was super rude (a middle aged women with highlighted curly hair). i’m a singaporean who is bringing my Malaysian cousin here to get her vaccination done. we walked in and told the lady we wanted to get the vaccination done and asked if we needed to register. instead of answering my question, that lady asked me & my cousin if we r 1 household, we said no, then she said go register. then we answered that we needed to register before getting the vaccination. she literally just asked us to ‘go register’. i couldn’t register via app cause i’m singaporean & my cousin doesnt have SingPass. i also couldn’t use the terminal inside with my NRIC cause we all knew foreigners can’t use their NRIC in the terminal machine. it’s hell of a long story. in the end we didnt do the vaccination cause according to the lady, above 45yr old can’t book their slots. we arent above 45, she could have just clarified that before saying all the nonsense above. i came here with good intention but had a damn frustrating experience. never coming back????????♀️
