It really depends on who is serving you with your car needs. Most salesmen from VIP Nation is good. Some, however, have poor customer service relation. I can understand why the owner refused to entertain my queries. Past 2 mths this company has had a few bad reviews. I'll patiently wait to collect my BMW Z4 from them. Cheers!
