The home broadband internet is down again.
This will serve as a warning/heads up for those who wish to engage ViewQwest services. They are very helpful and responsive and answers all your queries when you are signing up with them but what comes after is a total nightmare. They do not respond to queries, installation is constantly delayed, and once the internet is installed, the speed is atrocious and inconsistent. I have had constant drops in the connection, as well as very slow speeds despite paying for the highest package. I would strongly recommend anyone against signing up with this provider.
Signed a 2-yr contract with them. Internet connection was so bad that I had to send multiple emails and it wasn’t resolved even after 1 year. The conclusion is: they don’t know what is the root cause of the bad internet. They even changed the modem but problem still persisted. I thought of breaking the contract but I didn’t. Big mistake!! The customer support folks passed me from one department to another: technical support to customercare to Installation guy, etc etc. Then they closed my ticket without resolution and even wants me to contact customercare and open another ticket. After about 25 phonecalls in 1 year, it’s still the same sh*t. I am going to stay 3 more months: then I will try another service WinQwest. Don’t try them, unless you want pain !
Their customer service is pretty smooth as marketing promised. The technician and customer service for telco was really responsive. Not only just responsive, they are so nice & responsible to explain their products and services in detailed when we demo. I think they really know what their customer need. Reasonable and friendly staffs.
The customer service was terrible. The technician didn't show up on time and they didn't even call to inform me. When I called the customer service line, they were not helpful at all and kept transferring me to different departments. It was a waste of time and extremely frustrating. I will never use their services again.
