Our first home in Singapore in 1993. Walking distance to Kembangan MRT along Sims avenue. Nice pool. Located in a good area..pointing to my room when we visited in 2011.
Spacious units and a nice pool. Garden can be improved though. Absence of lifts can be a trouble for some people especially the elderly ones.

The value for money at Vicenta Lodge Apartment complex is excellent. We found the rental fees to be reasonable for the quality of the apartments.
The wait time for reservations was minimal. The staff was efficient in handling our booking.
