It's really misleading thinking that the shop looks like it has better quality party items than SKP which is just a level above them. …

The lady was very helpful. She suggested which balloons to get, asked me what string and if I want weight. Even helped me tie the string up so I could easily bring it on the train. Complete package for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend
