Don’t know what rules you set and tell your staff to enforce. Came once to buy soap, choosing between 2, was told “you cannot smell the soap”. Came the second time, was just opening a closed cup of tea, only to be told “cannot drink water inside”. If I could give you zero stars I would.

However, please train your staff or at least treat them well as some looked like they were either underpaid or overworked. One of your staff was visibly tired and rude during my last visit. I hope you can improve the staff's working conditions as it reflects negatively on the overall experience.
