On April 24 2022 at around 5.30 pm, I went to this store with my mum to buy some artificial flowers for the birdcage and to collect our orchid plant. There was an understanding that we would pay the whole amount once all of the items were delivered. However, upon delivery, the boss told us that we need to pay a deposit first, before we can collect everything. That was not the initial agreement, and we were upset with the sudden change in terms. The quality of the items is good but the customer service could be improved.
