I purchased 2 preowned 22k gold lobster hooks from this shop. Since the items were preowned, I thought I was only paying the price per gram amount for them. The receipt just listed the final price of each item, no fees were stated. I later found out that there was a 20% surcharge on top of the price per gram. This was not communicated to me properly and I felt deceived. The items were still a good deal, but the lack of transparency left a sour taste in my mouth.
