opted to collect my parcel there and thankfully they were open! their collection times are Friday & Monday 6-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 2-10pm. Not sure what Shopee mentioned but just for future reference :)
I selected the location to pick up my items. Website and signage on the door indicated they opened from 2pm to 10pm. I went at 2.30pm to collect but was still closed. I called the mobile numbers indicated at the main door but none answered. …
Just wanted to go collect my stuff. The guy was eating dinner...ok lah 9.30pm dinner so poor thing. I also poor thing. Was supposed to collect my stuff before having dinner. He ask me wait 10 min to collect one item. So I guess my dinner is delayed by 10 mins.. Lol

The collection times are not accurate. I went at the specified time but they were still closed. I tried calling but no one answered.
