I am writing to convey my gratitude for the excellent customer service I experienced at UOB privilege lounge @ Orchard . On 19 & 21 Jun, I visited and was lucky enough to encounter one of the service staff ,Mr Bala. Throughout my visit, he was courteous , patient and helpful .Thank you Mr . Bala for the superb service!
The ambience , services ( in terms of snacks , drinks ) , and care given at this centre is good . For normal services , queue moves fast . However for services such as Acct opening , waiting time can be more than 1hr . Special mention goes …
Very disappointing with the service from this branch. It seems short of staff. A service than can be done at the reception at other branch. But for this special branch min queuing 2hrs.
