Looks quite new. And heard from them it’s newly opened branch around one month ago. They are friendly and nice, not many people during weekday morning, but seems the one helped me handle things seems new, so spent quite some time here, but …
The staffs had served only 4 customers since the start of the shift. The speed of the service really needs some improvement. I have 8 customers in front of me queueing and until now the queue has only moved by 1 - after more than 30 minutes of waiting.
Account opening was quick and hassle free. Rachel took care of opening my account and she was super pleasant to talk to that I didn’t even notice the time. All in all it took an hour to open the account and get my debit cards. Happy with starting my UOB journey ᵕ̈
