Was here to subscribe to additional SME related services,customer service assistant required more training. Counter Staff product and technical knowledge lacking. Wasn’t a pleasant experience here. Will use other branch in future.
This is the worst bank branch to visit in the island. The queue times are long. Staff are basically incompetent and can't give you clear instructions on what to do. They hang around and expect there to be queues because it makes it seem like a busy branch. The overall experience was very poor.
Terrible service by a UOB staff. Went there on 11 May to enquire about a suspicious GIRO that was tied to my account. When I asked the staff how much the giro is deducting, where does the money goes to, have the giro deducted money from my account, they were unable to give me proper answers. The staff seemed clueless and not well-trained. The experience was extremely frustrating.
