2 hours of waiting with the worst ever que system. Not only one customer complaint but more than 3 customers. UOB bank really need to seriously look into this issue. Your entirely que system is a total mess.
Useful UOB branch with ATMs machines inside which will take cash deposit as not all of their ATMs have the option for cash deposit. It's conveniently located right outside the Holland MRT.
I had to submit a late FATCA form on a friend’s behalf on 13 June and received outstanding service from the female staff at the counter. She was able to give me clear instructions and promised to mail a correct set of forms to my friend in the US. Thank you!
