Joined a fairly long queue ten minutes prior to opening. Ushering staff were smoothly and swiftly guiding customers to respective counters and generating queue tickets. I had a specific staff, Ms Chua, to look for, and when ushering staff doing the floor management, I thought she would have noticed that I am in the priority ticket queue but she skipped me and guided the next Priority queue into any counters that available. It was disappointing and sad to think there is zero communication and coordination. In the end, I queued for more than an hour.
