Fantastic service with them! My family and myself, we hired about 3-4 helpers from them and I must say their service is something that is commendable. Love how I can always rely on them when my helpers gives me problems. They are very helpful and understanding.

The worst agency ever! They care less about their clients and even their helpers. All they care about is money! Each time, their only phase is to send them and they will train for 2 days and send back to us. How special can their training be that they need a minimum of 3 days to send back our helper. And they close on Sunday! Once they have your money, they don't care anymore. Your problems become no problem to them. What kind of run this Exp maid agency. Such a bad agency is Charcoal! Forget about servicing their clients. The staff, Simon, is the best example. He gave his phone number when collecting money. When you need him, Hahaha you better forget about it totally or just be patient to wait for his reply. Never trust this maid agency!
