I enrolled with Union Yoga Ayurveda for the 200hrs Yoga Instructor Training. I completed the course under the guidance of Master Ganesh who is knowledgeable and patient. The course is well structured and the requirements are probably more than what I expected, but it was worth it. The training helped me deepen my understanding of yoga and improve my practice. I highly recommend Union Yoga Ayurveda for anyone looking to become a yoga instructor.

A life changing experience. I joined the 200 Hours YIC training to deepen my practice of what I thought Yoga was and eventually master headstand… but I got much more than that. The course covered a wide range of topics including theory, history, anatomy and physiology, and practice of Kryia. It was intensive but very rewarding. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, and I learned a lot from them. I'm grateful for this opportunity and highly recommend Union Yoga Ayurveda.

I had done my Yoga Teacher’s training and yoga journey in Union Ayurveda Singapore and it was one of the most amazing! I have learned so much, especially from my teacher Master Ganesh. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and so amazing! He provided great guidance and support throughout the training.
